We help you plan a short menu of signature drinks in your colors, pour through cocktail hour and the reception, and keep the line moving so nobody misses the first dance. Planning notes: - Ask your venue early whether outside bartenders are allowed and what paperwork they need from vendors. - Two signature cocktails and one zero proof drink keep the line moving and the menu easy to read. - Plan bar hours around your timeline: cocktail hour, toasts, and a last call before the send off. Think spritzes, mimosas and sparkling mocktails, with zero proof options that look every bit as special as everything else on the table. Planning notes: - Daytime parties lean light: spritzes, mimosas and sparkling mocktails. - If guests of every age are coming, plan a zero proof drink that looks as pretty as the rest. - Matching drink colors to your theme turns the bar into part of the decor. Picture a drink named after the guest of honor, a bartender keeping glasses full, and a host who actually gets to enjoy the party. Planning notes: - Share the guest of honor’s favorite drink when you check your date. - A drink named after the birthday person is an easy way to make the bar feel personal. - Surprise party? Tell us when guests arrive so the bar is ready before the big moment. More: https://tipsytravelers.thatwebhostingguy.com/events/#birthdays ### Bachelorette parties The maid of honor has enough to do. Hand us the bar and let the whole crew enjoy the night, with drinks that match the theme and plenty of photo worthy pours. Planning notes: - Pick a color or a theme first. The drinks are easy to match once you have one. - Plan a mix of cocktails and mocktails so the whole group is covered. - Staying at a rental? Check the house rules on events and outside vendors before you book. Friendly, professional bartenders and a menu that fits your brand make the whole event feel put together. Planning notes: - Share your brand colors or event theme so the drink menu fits right in. - Plan bar hours around your program so service never competes with the speeches. - Ask your venue or building which documents they require from vendors, and send them to us early. You handle the guest list and the playlist, and we take care of the drinks. Planning notes: - Seasonal flavors make the menu: cranberry and rosemary in winter, watermelon and mint in summer. - Batched signature drinks keep a bigger crowd moving. - Outdoors? Plan a shaded, level spot for the bar. More: https://tipsytravelers.thatwebhostingguy.com/events/#holidays ## How it works 1. Check your date: Fill out the party pass on our booking page. Tell us the date, where the party is, about how many guests are coming, and the feel you’re going for. Sending it doesn’t book anything. It just starts the conversation. 2. Plan your menu: We reply with availability and a quote for your event. Once you’re on the calendar, we plan a short drink menu together around your favorite flavors, your colors and your guests. 3. We set up: On the day, we arrive before your guests, set up the bar station, and have everything ready for the first pour. 4. You celebrate: We pour, chat with your guests, keep the bar tidy all night, and clean up our station when the party wraps. ## Questions and answers Q: How do I check if my date is open? A: Fill out the party pass on the booking page. We’ll reply with availability and next steps. Sending it doesn’t book anything or commit you to anything. Q: How far ahead should I book? A: As soon as you know your date. Saturdays in wedding season and the weeks around the holidays tend to fill first. If your party is coming up soon, send it anyway and we’ll tell you right away. Q: How much does it cost? A: Every event is a little different, so every event gets its own quote. The price depends on things like the date, how long the bar is open, how many guests are coming, and where the party is. Q: Who provides the alcohol? A: That depends on your venue and the rules where your event is. Some venues have their own requirements, so we go over the plan with you, and with your venue if needed, well before your date. Q: Can you make mocktails? A: Yes. Any menu can include zero proof drinks, so every guest has something pretty to hold. Q: Can the drinks match my colors or theme? A: That’s our favorite part. Send your colors, a photo of your invitation, or your theme, and we’ll plan drinks to match. Q: Where do you travel? A: We’re based in Bentonville, Arkansas and travel throughout Northwest Arkansas, anywhere within 50 miles of Bentonville. Farther than that? Ask anyway when you check your date. Q: What do you need from me on the day? A: A spot for the bar and a quick heads up on parking and the easiest door for loading in. We confirm the details with you before your event. Q: Will you work with my planner or venue coordinator? A: Absolutely. Share their contact info and we’ll coordinate timing and setup with them directly.
