Booking
How do I check if my date is open?
Fill out the party pass on the booking page. We’ll reply with availability and next steps. Sending it doesn’t book anything or commit you to anything.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know your date. Saturdays in wedding season and the weeks around the holidays tend to fill first. If your party is coming up soon, send it anyway and we’ll tell you right away.
How much does it cost?
Every event is a little different, so every event gets its own quote. The price depends on things like the date, how long the bar is open, how many guests are coming, and where the party is.
The bar
Who provides the alcohol?
That depends on your venue and the rules where your event is. Some venues have their own requirements, so we go over the plan with you, and with your venue if needed, well before your date.
Can you make mocktails?
Yes. Any menu can include zero proof drinks, so every guest has something pretty to hold.
Can the drinks match my colors or theme?
That’s our favorite part. Send your colors, a photo of your invitation, or your theme, and we’ll plan drinks to match.

Where do you travel?
We’re based in Bentonville, Arkansas and travel throughout Northwest Arkansas, anywhere within 50 miles of Bentonville. Farther than that? Ask anyway when you check your date.
What do you need from me on the day?
A spot for the bar and a quick heads up on parking and the easiest door for loading in. We confirm the details with you before your event.
Will you work with my planner or venue coordinator?
Absolutely. Share their contact info and we’ll coordinate timing and setup with them directly.
