Four easy stops between “we should get a bartender” and raising your glass. Here’s what to expect from the first hello to last call.
Step 1: Check your date
Fill out the party pass on our booking page. Tell us the date, where the party is, about how many guests are coming, and the feel you’re going for. Sending it doesn’t book anything. It just starts the conversation.
Step 2: Plan your menu
We reply with availability and a quote for your event. Once you’re on the calendar, we plan a short drink menu together around your favorite flavors, your colors and your guests.
Step 3: We set up
On the day, we arrive before your guests, set up the bar station, and have everything ready for the first pour.
Step 4: You celebrate
We pour, chat with your guests, keep the bar tidy all night, and clean up our station when the party wraps.

A few things worth asking early
Plan for every guest
A great bar has something for the guests who aren’t drinking. A zero proof signature drink looks just as pretty in photos.
Indoors or out
Outdoor bars love a shaded, level spot close to where guests gather. Let us know the setting when you check your date.
